🌿 Hoya wibergiae — Classic Form
An obscure Southeast Asian species with elongated, waxy green leaves that may blush red under high light. Unlike splashier cultivars, this form leans minimalist—clean, sculptural, and quietly elegant. When mature, it produces fragrant umbels of star-shaped white flowers with soft pink centers, lasting up to 25 days. Ideal for trellising or trailing displays.
🪴 Care Guide
Light: Bright, indirect light. Morning sun enhances leaf colour; avoid harsh midday rays. Water: Let soil dry 2–3 cm deep before watering. Use a chunky, well-draining mix. Humidity: Prefers 50–70%. Higher humidity encourages flowering. Temp: Thrives at 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts. Feed: Monthly in spring/summer with low-nitrogen fertiliser. Extra: Rotate regularly for balanced growth. Wipe leaves gently to maintain sheen.
